The value for the money was great and the room was clean and modern. The location was convenient with a short walk to the U station. The staff, especially Sylvia, was incredibly kind and helpful, making us feel welcomed and at home.

During the stay everything was perfect and I got wake up calls as a compliment. It had ironing facilities, a work desk and a couch bed to use. There was a tub in the private bathroom. I loved the central location. Sylvia was the best host ever...

The host was so chill and hooked us up with an EPIC apartment. We had a movie night with a massive projection screen, and it felt like a freaking cinema! We even brought our own popcorn! Only thing missing was a DJ and a sick party spot, but still, HIGHLY recommended for anyone looking for a rad time in Munich! 🤘

stayed in many apartments in munich, but artist residence schwabing was the best. everything was thought of to make our stay great. amazing location, clean apartment, and sylvia was an amazing host.

I recently stayed at the Artist Residence in Munich for a few nights. The apartment was spotless and incredibly comfortable. Sylwia, the owner, gave us a warm welcome and was always available to help. She even provided snacks, fruits, and beer upon arrival. The location was great, within walking distance to the city center and close to the U-Bahn. I especially loved the projector screen in the apartment, perfect for relaxing after a busy day. a wonderful experience that I would highly recommend.

I always keep coming back to my favorite place in Munich. The staff helped me find my way and I never regretted staying here. It has everything I need - Wi-Fi, car park, kettle, TV, and more. I'll be back for Easter!

Great central location, 3mins walk from subway. Clean, spacious apartment with Netflix. Flexible check-in and delicious food provided. Unique, artsy decor feels like a museum. Warm and helpful host with excellent communication.

The apartment had a great location, just a short walk from the metro station and easy access to the city center. the host was incredibly welcoming and made sure we had everything we needed for our stay. the apartment itself was well-decorated and had a cozy atmosphere. We especially loved the fully stocked fridge with complimentary drinks and snacks, it was a nice touch. the projector screen was a fantastic feature, perfect for relaxing and watching some Netflix after a long day of exploring.

Although the apartment was comfortable and well-equipped, we did find that there was no door separating the two rooms, only a screen curtain. This might be a bit inconvenient for those staying for a longer period of time, as it doesn't offer much privacy between the rooms.

The house was big and clean, with sweet-smelling quilts and pillows. The host, Sylvia, was incredibly kind and welcoming, making us feel right at home. She even drew us a map and left us lovely biscuits and well wishes. The nearest U-Bahn station was just a 5-minute walk, making it easy to get around. it was a cozy and comfortable stay.

There were a few downsides. there was a slight glitch with the main door lock, which was promptly fixed but did cause some inconvenience.
